I truly like the food here. You get very well fried fish and the chips are tasty and plentiful. The only real problems come in two ways for this location. The first is that they are almost always busy and as such there can be long waits. The second is for those who order in. They ask when you are going to get there and that leads you to believe your food will be ready when you get there. At least 50% of the time though they don't start making your food till you get there. So over all I give a 4/5 as I don't think the wait isn't worth it due to the quality of the fish and chips. My food recommendation is the Seafood Platter
I've been a neighbour to Cockney Kings for over 15 years now. They've changed location at least three times in the same plaza and after each move they seem to attract more customers. The quality of the fish and chips has stayed the same ....its the very best. I love the Halibut and the onion rings are simply the best. Great food, generous portions and reasonable prices all served up with a smile.
Best fish and chips outside of UK. Need I say more? This place is always busy but the service is exceptional. Food is always fresh. Awesome mushy peas. Tender, large fish pieces in a batter that is cooked through and crispy. Bread and butter. Malt vinegar. There is nothing to fault.
A truly excellent place with a really cozy British feel. I was suggested to go here by one of my friends for their fish and chips and it was so so amazing and tasty. Crispy fish in a great batter and pop too! Theyve got amazing servers! Definitely give this place a visit!
WOW! I love the Cockney King's Seafood Chowder. We both had the 1 piece halibut meal, very good. Good sized price of halibut, it tastes way better than the sliver - sliced! Even the buns were fresh and tasty. Natasha waited on us, and was quick, efficient and friendly.The meals were really tasty, the value was very good and the service was great! Get on down!
