Wow delicious burgers. However, I wouldn't say the best burger I've ever had as many people have said. The burgers were extremely greasy and lacked a bit if flavouring inside the patty itself. However, overall experience was awesome. We substituted the fries for salads and that is something I HIGHLY recommend to everyone going there. The salad was amazing and the value was great. The service was extremely amazing. The ladies serving us wede helpful, friendly, and lovely. A+ for service.
Eeeek! I was told that this place was the place to have a great burger. Seeing as it's called Burger Heaven, I decided to give it a go. I'm not opposed to cozy slightly dank places but have these people not discovered the invention of cleaning supplies? There must have been an inch of dust on the fans in the dining room. I was willing to let it go however, we were seated in a part booth part table at the front of the restaurant where I felt as though I was sinking into the foundation of the building itself. We ordered anyway. Our waitress was quite rude, but everyone has off days right, we're pretty forgiving people. Before we could get our food there it was plain as the sinking floor and dirt on the fans a mouse, not a small one either. Possibly a rat. We quietly gathered our thing's and left. What do you say to someone about that; '" excuse me, but do mind if we don't sit with the rodent"You were given one star because I cannot minus stars. Clean for God's sake.
Huge portions make this a go-to when you're craving a bit of greasy burger. Their wedge fries are fresh, and actually taste like potato, unlike the pre-packaged frozen types you can get at other places. They also offer a half-fries/half-salad option with the burgers, which is nice. Grilled cheese (with bacon) is also very tasty!
More like Burger Hell. The cramped and somewhat strange smelling place is to be avoided if you actually like burgers. The burgers were under-seasoned, tasteless and dry. The chicken breast dinner was like eating a leather shoe, dry and totally squished flat for some reason. The overpriced cost of each dish might have been acceptable if the food was good, but in this case it should have cost half the price for the quality,. Even at that, you can get much better food elsewhere for way cheaper.They weren't accommodating when we wanted to sit outside and they couldn't slide a table over to fit our group of 7, insisting it was restaurant policy they couldn't move the glass top tables. (the small table that we needed moved had a plastic top....)Service was good.Overall bad experience.
Had the Awesome^3 burger!! It's been awhile since my last visit. The 4 patties stacked nicely and since it wasn't quite dinner time and was much later than lunch, we split the massive burger between the two of us and they even offered to cut it for us, I expected for it to be a mess upon arrival but it was skillfully cut and the twin towers stood landing in our table. The girl that's been there for awhile serving was just as pleasant as the last visit as the grill guy Will be back one of these days again for the Ultimate 8 Patty challenge!! Yeah it's a bit pricey but growing up in Richmond, i miss all that's gone.... and I can't always eat chickity China the Chinese chicken, and with all that's changed, some things we need to cherish and enjoy before it's all gone and re-established into another Asian joint. (It's not racist, it's a fact. BTW I'm Asian)
