Absolutely addicted to the meatball sub. Freshly made crusty baquettes with a soft filling accompanied by crunchy vegetables. Highly recommend this little gem. Definite asset to the New Westminster neighbourhood on Carnarvon. Owners are friendly and helpful.
All you want in a banh mi; friendly, fast, cheap and tasty! Most of their options are between $5-6. Best part is the fresh baked buns, a necessity for good banh mi. Their vegetables don't have that strong a pickled taste that I prefer but I asked for extra and they happily obliged. They have some seating if you aren't getting takeout. Great place for affordable food.
This place is awesome, the owners are super friendly, the subs are the best anywhere, and they are super reasonably priced. I really wish they were open a bit later though, so I could get some late night sandos.

A gem of sublime simplicity. It looks simple and not fancy but it is crumbly goodness. Lots of crumbs from the bread. Vastly better then subway but that's not saying much. Truly elegant design in a sandwich.
