The only canada post i would send my orders. They are quick, efficiency, they know what they doing. All i want is efficiency and accuracy!!! Customer service is warm but they dont speak much, because they are really focus on their work. So dont expected someone will talk to you like you are in Nordstorm. Which what i like, focus on your work get the things right. My confidence for them is there! Repect
Staff are generally nice. But they really need to change their business hours. Seriously 9:30am to 6pm? That's the same hour as most people are working including me! How ultterly useless. Imagine a restaurant closes at 6pm. It's pathetic. The only time I can pick up my package is on Saturday cuz they don't work on sunday. I am getting a package tomorrow(Monday) and I know I won't be able to pick it up till Saturday. So annoying. Extend your hours or shift it to 10am to 7pm please!!! This post office is useless for anyone who is a working member of society.
Awesome staff and fast service. Those providing poor reviews might want to bring ID or remember that Canada Post delivers - not the staff at this office.I use FlexDelivery to ship here instead of my apartment and it's nice to know my boxes will always be safely received. The staff quickly gets my package after offering 1 piece of photo id, and they let me unpack and leave my empty boxes/packaging here which is a nice bonus.
I'm often at this Post Office outlet and I find the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly. There are a lot of regulations with running a post office that the average person doesn't always understand but I find the staff here are clear and concise in explaining them. They're always saying hello and smiling when I visit and answer all my questions when I have them. The location is central in Uptown New West and I'm pleased with the service I receive.
