Jason was scheduled to come over to change a shower unit and fix a blocked drain. He conformed the appointment via text and the address 4 days prior. The day of the appointment he simply didn't show up and was unreachable via text or phone. Voicemail was also full. I had to show the rental unit to prospective tenants without the repairs being made. It's now 3 days later and I've had no contact from him to apologise or explain. Appalling service!!!
