Technician was excellent, did really good work. The office did not respond to phone calls or email, did not supply the necessary parts and was generally very unorganized. Did not apologize or offer a discount for poor service. Avoid if possible (or find the technicians themselves)
These guys are the awesome. Great customer service from the initial phone call to the technician performing the repairs. Highly recommend.
