Really big park with facilities of a new middle school on the same block. Parking can be had during weekends in the School District 40 parking lot. Tennis courts, large fields with plenty of benches and trees to read in. Playground is on the other side in the Toronto Place Park.

City of New West keeps up the grounds well.... lacking decent play area.... good for playing pass!
