I always go here with my friends to eat whenever we are in New West. The pizza here is so much better compared to the location at UBC. The staff here are also very friendly & are good people. A few days ago I realized I didn't bring my debit card when I was about to pay, & instead of taking the pizza back, the employee immediately told me not to worry about it with a smile. I had to insist to pay with the change I had! Tasty pizza served by kind-hearted people.
Amazingly fresh pizza. Ordered one of the vegetarian pizzas and it did not disappoint. Would recommend sitting there and eating as they have a wide lobby with plenty of space and you can get a nice view of the fire oven and the hand tossing. Only complaint is that the dough/crust is super thin and pizza was soggy from the centre (had trouble even picking it out of the box) even though we ate it fresh at the store and it was right out of the oven so could be better cooked, also very little cheese on the pizza. They loaded up veggies but cheese was barely there. Staff is great and awesome customer service!
Cheap SkyTrain pizza. Friday or Saturday night and looking for cold burned pizza delivered in just 1hr? Search no more. Srsly... Walk in the store, you'll get a better deal/product. DO NOT BUY DELIVERY! Believe me, They don't want to do it, and you won't want to eat it.
Heard great things about this place from neighbours. So I'm still holding out hope. Had two pizzas delivered last week and arrived hot. Two stars for the premium ingredients and nice crust. Minus 3 stars for how little cheese and toppings they put on it. We measured half the pizza had no cheese on it. Emailed management... no word... I guess they don't care about our experience. They have a 4/5 rating online, so I guess I got them on an off day.
Nice pizza. It is more thin, crispy and less greasy than other pizza places. More 'premium' quality ingredients used. Will be back to try more flavours.
