The food here is fantastic. Really fresh, perfect portions, reasonable prices. The $15 waffle special was what i had and i could eat that every day forever.Service was really great and they take your number and actually call you when there's a table, so you don't have to mill around watching people eat while you're waiting. ;) Also, shortly after our food arrived a waitress came up with another fried egg; she said it was a replacement because they heard of a broken yolk in one of our orders. We hadn't even mentioned it (and didn't intend to, it didn't matter to us) but they just went ahead and brought out another one pronto! I've never had another restaurant do that before. Really impressive.Only downsides: there was quite a wait for the food (around 30 minutes, though it was brunch on a holiday Monday so understandable) and it was very warm inside; we're not sure if they had AC or a fan running.Overall an easy 4.5 stars, and if they get the temperature down in there it's perfect. We'll be back!
Very good food but bad customer service. The places is fairly small as well. I would recommend eating outside. All in all food is great! But customer service could improve.
Super fresh fruit and ingredients 5/5. Went on a Thursday morning; no wait. Food came promptly as well. Price point is fair because it was very filling.I would recommend you come outside weekends and holidays if you do not wish to wait. The food was good, hot, fresh. Recommend the grilled cheese for kiddos- it was done perfectly.It was not a blow your mind experience, but its a solid regular breakfast- with amazingly fresh fruit.
A true gem among the typical breakfast options in New West. "Intimate" seating arrangement, sometime a long wait for seating and also occasionally for your meal, bit pricier than other places ($15 is typical breakfast or entree price)...but always busy with good reason. It's fantastic! The coffee is great, the Dutch-inspired menu is always impeccable and their humbly named "side of fruit salad" is the most intricate, fresh, and diverse side you'll ever see. Reservations possible ( recommended!) and they close in the early afternoon.
Wonderful family run restaurant. Great choice both sweet and savory. The Dutch pancakes are delicious. Everything is made fresh to order. Service is friendly. The place is really small and it gets really busy. Be prepared to wait during rush hour.
