Update: Downgraded my review to one star for such a poor response. Very impersonal, no apology and didn't take ownership of their mistake. Obviously don't care and looks like they just cut a paste a generic response on here.They were friendly during the initial consultation, however, I can't give them more than 2 stars because we paid for the consultation and they never returned our phone calls or emails (only one response from email saying they will call us, but never did). Not reliable and wouldn't want someone representing us who couldn't return an urgent call.
