Absolute worst experience I have had at an insurance agency ever. Had to wait for over 2hrs (you have read it right, over two hours!) to make a simple car transfer. 2 customers in front of me. 2 employees behind the desk could not figure out routine tasks, and were on the phone with the head office the entire time. No one apologized for making us wait, no one warned about potential long wait, no one instructed to return plates from the sold vehicle. Had to come back with plates and loose money for insurance that was not cancelled on time... Will not be coming back.
I have never met a bunch of people so unwilling to help a person out. Tonight I run the the Autoplan from my house three blocks away to do a transfer. I get there at 9:34 PM. 'Nick' says that I'm too late. What? They're open until 10! He points to the fine print on their schedule sheet on the desk which says they can only do a transfer 30 minutes before closing. I asked him if e could please help me out with this and he just tells me to come in the morning (while pointing at the schedule sign). He had no interest in helping me whatsoever. He has no interest in his job or even talking to me with any respect at all! I get it, he wants to go home to his family - no problem there. But do you really have to be such a terrible person about it? Wow....I guess that's asking way too much. Please go anywhere else! Even the manager Heather is rude and disinterested in her job there. I will be getting my insurance from anywhere else from now on!
They're open late, so they get an extra star, but this place is slooooooooooooooow. I've never had any problems with the service itself, but it takes forever to get anything done.
I really appreciate how patiently Maria answered all of my questions. She caught an error that another broker made and because of her I am saving 15% on my insurance each month. Thank you!
