Very disappointing service not helpful at all
Extremely disappointing experience.
Two years ago I faced an increase in my condo's insurance policy. The increase seemed unreasonable but what to do. I hadn't seen my insurance agent in more than a year. Then, I met Solvi of Stokholm Insurance (the Cooperators). When speaking with her I realized that she truly cared about my best interest. Over the year I transferred all of my insurance policies to Solvi's company. She expedited my insurance needs AND saved me money. Thank you Solvi.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Answered all my questions on life Insurance and getting insurance for a new driver. Would recommend highly as service is amazing.
