I shopped around and these guys were cheaper than most. They also were friendly, helpful, and accommodating on the phone and in person. Access hours are very good, and the place is clean and tidy. They have numerous carts and dollys on premise that you can use and the elevator always works. Will definitely go back.

Dont rent from them. After 6 months my storage unit was broken into. Damaged furniture and stolen valuables. They called me at the beginning of August saying theres no lock on my unit for some reason but there was a lock on it 2 and a half weeks prior when they did their last rounds checking locks. Which means they dont check locks daily and theres no cameras in the hallways. They didn't tell me that. So over a 2.5 week period my storage unit lock was broken into but have no idea when it was broken into. Kept lying to me saying they found the guy on camera but turned out it wasn't them. No compensation whatsever. Told me two other units were broken into as well and kept saying they were going to file a police report but never did because nothing of value was stolen. By the time they told me even the police said theres not much they can do. Police even told me not to rent here after hearing my story. Sketchy place dont trust these people. Seems secure with the keypad gate but anyone can break into other units when theres no cameras in the hallways. I even had a heavy duty lock on mine. The guy didn't even notice that my latch on my unit was bent and the door scratched from them cutting my lock. Stuff is not safe and secure here. After this break in they didn't even let everyone know and get everyone new codes for the gate. Its hard to believe they havent had a break in in 20 years.
Great storage facility. Staff are very helpful, the building is quite secure and clean. Reasonable prices and after hours access to the facility complete the aspects that make this a great business.
