I feel really comfortable with Essa and I'm always extremely relaxed after her massages. I have a very stressful job so I always look forward to seeing her!
I have been going to yoga with Essa at Nineteen Yoga and Massage once or twice a week since January. Essa is in expert in her field in addition to being a caring, fun, person. Her expertise plus welcoming spirit make her excellent at her work. I was a total beginner when I started and she made me feel comfortable to try new things. Yoga is now one of the highlights of my week - I never miss a class! If you're hesitant to try yoga for the first time, I highly recommend doing private lessons with Essa. She will tailor the experience to meet your needs. In addition, I've also had a couple Indian Head Massages from Essa and they are out of this world. If you've never had one before, book it now! I feel relaxed just thinking about it!
I have been attending private and semi private yoga classes with Essa for almost a year. I enjoy the energy Essa brings to each class. She is great at adapting poses to suit your needs and is a skilled yoga teacher. She is very compassionate. She is a natural healer and she is able to help release tension through massage, as she also is a body worker. I am looking forward to getting an Indian Head Massage, it sounds amazing.
Essa is a wonderful yoga teacher and bodyworker. She has been instrumental in helping me fine-tune my yoga practice through her private yoga sessions and recently finished her training in massage and bodywork which has made our sessions together even better.
