Very professional and one stop service from Shawn and James and the whole team! They will honestly answer all you questions and also handle all your request if possible. I also like the fact that they have everything electronic and all the documents could be signed off via e-documents. That saves a lot of time and effort as there are a lot of sign offs when you purchase and sales agreement.
Denny and Shawn did excellent work selling our two houses. These are difficult times for sellers with all the newly minted government fees and regulations. They had the connections, professionalism and understanding of the market conditions to successfully get us through the process. They understood our situation and were easy to work with. Jakub was incredibly helpful! He was very patient with us, and took the time to understand our needs, and our situation, and provide us with options and potential solutions. He was always available to reply to a text or a call on weekends, evenings, and even over the holidays. He worked around our schedule and didnt mind meeting with my family and I after working hours only to make it more comfortable for us. His advice was always relevant and sincere, and never once did we feel the slightest pressure. We definitely felt taken care of, not only by him, but also his partner Shawn - who was also just as helpful!
