Stacey is by far the best massage therapist I've had, EVER. and I've gone through quite a few until I found her. (I'M SO HAPPY I'VE FOUND HER)She listens to you, and I mean really listens to you. I have had Massage therapists who make me feel uncomfortable and I dread going... but I look forward to my massages with her because not only do I feel like a million bucks after, but shes such a nice, warm person. Their call centre messed up with my appointment! They put me into New Brunswick, but I am actually called in the New Westminster branch. So stupid!!! I wait for two weeks. When it comes to my appointment, and I came to the massage centre, they told me I have no appointment. Waste my time and ruin my mood. I will never ever come to such careless therapy centre again!!!

I had a great experience at Motion Physiotherapy. Steve was thorough in explaining what we were doing and why in easy to understand layman's terms. He helped me to come up with a routine that I could do at home to maintain the health that we achieved after my coverage ran out. I actually miss getting up early for physio before work! Would not hesitate to recommend.
I've been coming here for nearly two years now, they have helped me overcome and manage my back pain, recover function and reliability in my post-op wrist, and now we're working through a new and unrelated issue that has stemmed from my ever increasing level of activity. I must say the reception here is always lovely, they greet you with a bright, warm smile and by name after your second or third visit. It is a calming, quiet environment which is exactly what I need after a long day at work, or a week suffering through pain.I see a young physiotherapist who is very resourceful and quick to accurately diagnose cause and effect of pain in problem areas. She is also quite a gifted acupuncturist.I also see the resident masseuse, who is constantly reading and keeping up-to-date on all the new cutting edge techniques and research papers in her field. She is obviously very passionate about her work, and it shows. Up until this recent injury I have been seeing her purely for pleasure, rather than necessity.
