Beautiful place to park.
What a wonderful slab of hot pavement! When it comes to mown-over pieces of nature, Im very partial to waterfront. Theres nothing like a river view across a vast wasteland of sagging asphalt. The lines are fading, tarred and repainted in a confusing piano keyboard of possible parking spots, and there are a few excellent drops in which to throw your front tire whilst cycling. One in particular got both my five-year-old and three-year-old on the very same visit! There is a blocked off section of parking area that is now a soccer-pitch-sized walking area, with a lovely chain link that gives the Mighty Fraser a touch of inner city. And the bi-directional to one-way is a perfect little oxbow for your parked vehicle to be inextricably blocked in for hours. When it comes to paid parking, these sort of obstacles are the high level Ive come to expect! 4 out of 5 stars.
Not too expensive for a full day parking
Parking situation here is a nightmare. Filed with oversize trucks blocking the roadways, narrow lanes, narrow two way traffic and dead ends causing traffic to jam up.
Ive never parked in the lot but Ive walked past it many times. Safe area. Nice lines.
