Small business but they have good food. Never eaten in always delivery and they can be slow when they are busy. Big portions and good food. The ginger beef and spring rolls are my favorite. I always end up getting free spring rolls or sweet and sour pork for spending over the qualified amount. They are friendly and always remember me.

We ordered from skip the dishes around 6:18. currently it is 8:23 and our order has not been delivered. When I called them the lady told us "that's the way it is". Don't order from this place if you care when the food arrives or about customer service.
HORRIBLE experience. we will never order from this restaurant again. they are literally 10 minutes away and it took them an hour and 45 minutes to deliver our COLD food. nothing was warm, nothing was crispy, it was pretty gross...might as well have been day old food...it was so not appetizing. we received no phone call they were running behind, nor a sorry or thank you for ordering when they did show up. i ordered a meal and most of my meal consisted of rice, there was only a tiny bit of meat and veggies...more rice than anything else, not even enough sauce to cover all the rice. never ever will we ever order from here again and i suggest others look elsewhere too
Used to be my favorite place in New West, they recently increased their prices, changed hours so you never know when they'll be open and still take FOREVER to deliver. The lack of service and slow delivery was ok because they were cheap and huge portion sizes, plus they were always open. You can't charge more for the same crappy or worse service and product and expect people to stay around.
