These guys are rude to their customers . They make you feel really low . I only had one good experience their with the lady she was actually welcoming
Absolutely the best pawn shop in New s minister fantastic service friendly staff I highly recommend this pawn shop I went in there to get an estimate on a promise ring set to see what it be worth I got a fair friendly estimate I wasn't disappointed at all I highly recommend these people this is the best pawn shop I'll ever go to keep up the great work
I came in to get some jewelry checked out for authenticity. The manager who helped me identified the silver rings I had as fakes and certified it as so helping me get my money back from the online retailer I purchased from, no payment asked.It's a great store with unique and reasonably priced items. I definitely recommend stopping in if your looking for jewelry. You'll probably save some money and/or find items noone else has.

Not just a pawnshop and they treat people with dignity no matter the reason you are coming to the store. I prefer this jeweler for most things. They are kind, helpful and don't gouge either. I lost an earring backing and one of my bracelets had become very difficult for me to fasten myself as the ring the hook went into was quite tiny. Took other items in for a repair and while there mentioned the above. They gave me a new earring backing and fixed the ring on my bracelet at no charge. Did it while I waited too. Most places just want your money - this business does little things for free if it is possible for them to do so. On a different occasion, one of the clerks even gave me an education on diamonds while they were helping me with an insurance claim for a lost stone. I really like the way they treat people here and trust them not to cheat.
