Went to the edmonds location. Owner was friendly and her little dog who was cute was running around the salon, however not sure if that's the best idea for cleanliness. Sally who did my mani- pedi was nice but I think she was a little new as she didn't wipe off the lotion with remover before putting on the nail polish which could be why it came off of one nail the next day. Granted I got regular polish and not shellac but should last more than a day. Also i said I wanted the spa package which is cut nails, buff, lotion and nail polish.When I paid she said I got the deluxe one which was with some massage and sugar scrub. Not my fault if the girl gave me the wrong one. Then she said (the owner) that the spa one didn't include polish. Why would you want mani- pedi without polish? Anyways I paid the deluxe price which was I think 5 dollars more. Not so concerned about the extra money just the fact that what the website said and what she said didn't match probably won't go back.
Dont do it just dont do it! Went there hoping to get shellac nails done. Owner starts doing them and than asks another to take over. She is taking off the previous color ahhh the damage my poor nails. Thanks I ask for Oval shape and I dont know what she thought but they were all different shapes and one side higher than the others. Finally I said can we just make the square because what you are doing doesnt make sense. Than she doesnt cut the cuticle and when I ask for them to be done it's an extra cost. Okay than I she is painting and I am trying to be helpful and patient with her but u can see where she is missing oh I will get that on the second one. Oh but she didnt seem to mind getting my fingers and leave them. So basically I have shellac on the edges and missed parts or discolored because of uneven coat. Also nails so short now just to even them out. Top it off that was Saturday and already I have one nail peeling off. Never again. Too bad because I gave them another chance after the last. She gets these girls who dont have any training or experience to do them. Why am i paying full price for them to look worst than what I would do at home. Save yourself time and money.
Worst haircut I've ever had. Not a place to go if your looking for a men's haircut. Sally, the person doing my hair out absolutely no effort into it. Completly ruined it. I was absolutely fine with the place after the haircut I recommend you don't go to this edifice unless your looking for a bad haircut
I am.not sure why ppl are rating it low but i think this salon is not only cheap in mani pedi but we are talking about professionals here. Sarah did a great job and i will definatelly come back..friendly and pleasant ppl...oh and they speak English ;)Anyhow...recommend this place 100%!!!
The atmosphere is somber, as nobody talks as in normal beauty saloon. You have to literally squeeze any word out of any employee. The old Asian woman who cuts hair (I believe the owner) is very rude and doesn't like to hear people's ideas about how to cut their hair. For nails they do a good service but the employees do not like to talk at all. It is not a cheerful and happy atmosphere.
